Creepy and cute downloads

I go to my library, then click on Spore, then on extra content, where i select spore creepy and cute. I then get a orange "download now" button, but when i click it nothing happens.

I'va tried reinstalling, clearing cache and running as admin, but nothing seems to make the button work. June July August September November Hi Fuglehuset.

I chose to directly contact EA via their support. All they asked for was the game code for the game and to verify your account. Ultimately they fixed me game :D Took only about minutes.
